White Label Client Gallery for Photographers

Every gallery on clientgallery.io is unbranded. Your logo, your colours, your fonts, your own subdomain, no platform badge and no link back to us. Here is exactly how far that goes, and where it stops.

Updated September 2026

A client gallery is a sales surface. The client opens it, shows it to a partner, forwards it to a parent, and every one of those people reads whose name is on the page. If the page carries a software company's badge, that is the name doing the marketing, not yours. White labelling is not vanity. It is keeping the referral attached to your studio.

This guide explains what unbranded actually means on clientgallery.io, what the client sees and does not see, and what it costs. The short version: there is one plan, $10 a month or $100 a year, and unbranded galleries are simply how the product works. There is no tier to climb to remove a badge, because there is no badge and there is no second tier.

Before any of that, the honest limit. Your galleries live at yourstudio.clientgallery.io, so our name is still in the address bar. Everything the client looks at is yours. The domain is not. If your requirement is a URL with no third-party name in it at all, this is not the product for you, and the section below says so in full rather than burying it.

Start with the limit: the domain still carries our name

Galleries are served from a subdomain of ours. The shape is yourstudio.clientgallery.io/project. A client who looks at the address bar sees the word clientgallery in it.

We do not offer custom domains. You cannot point galleries at gallery.yourstudio.com, and you cannot embed a gallery inside your existing website so that it appears under your own domain. That is a real gap and it is the first thing anyone evaluating white label properly should test.

Whether it matters depends on who you shoot for. For a wedding or portrait client opening a link on a phone, the page is the brand and the URL is barely read. For an agency procurement review, a brand team with domain rules, or a studio whose whole pitch is that nothing leaves its own infrastructure, the domain is the requirement, and no amount of logo control substitutes for it. In that case, stay where you are or buy a product that sells custom domains, and check that it sells them on the plan you would actually be on.

Everything after this section describes what is genuinely unbranded. Read it with that limit already on the table.

What the client actually sees

Client-facing pages carry your logo, your colours and your fonts. Nothing else. There is no platform badge in a corner, no "powered by" line in the footer, no banner asking the client to start their own account, and no link back to us anywhere on the page.

That last point is the one people forget to check. A footer credit is easy to spot. A logo that quietly links to the vendor's homepage is not, and it is the thing that turns your client into someone else's prospect. There is no such link here. The only navigation on a gallery page leads to other parts of your gallery.

The download experience is unbranded in the same way. A client downloads the whole gallery in one click, or any single image, from a page that looks like yours. The full-resolution ZIP handoff comes from the same page rather than from a file transfer service with its own logo, its own ads and its own upgrade prompt.

Your own subdomain, provisioned automatically

When you create your studio you get a subdomain, and galleries live under it. There is no DNS to configure, no record to paste, no support ticket and no wait.

SetupProvisioned automatically with the studio, no DNS step

One subdomain covers your whole account, so every gallery you ever publish sits under the same address. Clients who work with you repeatedly see one consistent host rather than a new random link per job.

Galleries are not indexed by search engines

Gallery pages are set not to be indexed. That is part of the same idea as the branding: client work belongs to the client and to you, not to a search result.

It matters more than it sounds. A commercial studio does not want an unreleased campaign shoot appearing in an image search before the client launches it. A family photographer does not want a christening gallery findable by name. A studio bidding for corporate work does not want a competitor able to read its delivery history by searching.

Be precise about what this is, though. Not being indexed keeps a gallery out of search results. It is not access control. If you need the page itself gated, turn on the per-gallery password, which is off by default and is covered in the password guide. It is worth reading that page for its honesty limit too: the password gates the gallery page, the whole-gallery ZIP, the full-resolution ZIP, comments and face search, but an individual proof image URL that somebody already holds stays reachable.

Unbranded is not a tier here, because there is only one tier

Branding policies vary by vendor and by plan across this category, and the only reliable way to know where you stand is to open your own plan's feature list and look for the words that describe removing a badge or adding a custom brand. Do that before you compare prices, because a monthly figure means nothing if the feature you came for sits two tiers above it.

On clientgallery.io there is nothing to look up. One plan, $10 a month or $100 a year, which works out to $8.33 a month. Unbranded galleries are included because there is no other kind of gallery. There is no print store, no commission on your sales, no per-gallery fee and no storage tier to graduate into.

Everything below is on that same plan, not sold as an upgrade:

  • Unlimited galleries under fair use, all on your subdomain.
  • Face search, off by default and switched on per gallery. The guest's selfie is processed on the guest's own device and is never uploaded or stored.
  • The Lightroom Classic plugin, both an export service and a publish service, which also pulls client picks back into your catalog as stars, flags and colour labels.
  • Sub-galleries, exactly one level deep. A gallery holds sections. A section does not hold sections.
  • Full-resolution ZIP handoff, served from your own branded gallery page.

The fair-use ceilings, stated plainly

Unlimited under fair use is a real phrase with real numbers behind it, and you should see them before you sign up rather than after.

LimitValue
Photos per gallery1,000, with unlimited galleries
Proofs per paid account250 GB
Free account5 GB and one gallery
Full-resolution ZIPPaid feature, live 3 days per handoff, re-uploadable any time
Standing ZIPs per account100 GB across all galleries
Hosted galleriesNever expire

Hit the 1,000 photo ceiling and the upload tells you to split the job into another gallery, which costs nothing because galleries are unlimited. Keep the ZIP distinction exact in your own head as well: the gallery stays up for as long as your account exists, and it is the full-resolution ZIP that expires after three days per handoff.

What we host is proof JPEGs, compressed in your browser before upload and sized for fast viewing. We do not warehouse RAW files or master video. That is the trade that keeps one flat price viable, and it is why a studio looking for a master archive should look elsewhere for that particular job.

When you need something other than this

Two studios should not buy this, and it is faster to say so than to let you find out in week three.

You need a fully custom client-facing website. If the gallery has to match a bespoke site design, sit inside your own navigation, run your own tracking or follow a brand system with its own components, you are describing web development, not gallery branding. A logo, a colour set and a font choice are the extent of the control here.

You need galleries embedded in your own site under your own domain. That is a different category of product, usually a gallery platform sold with custom domain support or a website builder with a client area attached. Buy that instead, and confirm the custom domain is on the plan you would pay for rather than the one above it.

There is also no client login here, and no client-facing portal. Nothing shows a client a list of every gallery you have ever made for them. What you can build is a parent gallery with one section per shoot under your own subdomain, which is what the branded portal guide walks through. It covers the repeat-client case well. It is not an account the client logs into.

Setting your branding up

The whole job takes a few minutes and is done once, in the studio dashboard, before your first gallery goes out.

  • Upload your logo. It is what sits at the top of every client-facing page in place of anyone else's mark.
  • Set your colours and fonts so the gallery reads like the rest of your material.
  • Check your subdomain reads the way you want to be seen, since it appears in every link you send.
  • Open a test gallery in a private browser window and look at it as a client would. Check the footer, then check what the logo links to.
  • Decide on the password per gallery. It is off by default, and the Lightroom plugin can set it from the export dialog so a gallery goes live already password-set.

After that, branding is not a thing you think about again. Every gallery you publish inherits it, including galleries published straight from Lightroom.

Frequently asked

Is white labelling included, or is it a paid upgrade?

It is included, because there is only one plan: $10 a month or $100 a year. Unbranded galleries are how the product works rather than a feature gated behind a higher tier. There is no platform badge to remove.

Can I use my own domain for galleries?

No. Galleries are served from yourstudio.clientgallery.io/project, so our name is in the address bar even though the page itself carries only your branding. If a URL with no third-party name in it is a requirement, this is not the right product for you.

Is there a 'powered by' line or a link back to the platform?

No. Client-facing pages carry only your logo, colours and fonts. There is no platform badge, no 'powered by' footer, no signup prompt aimed at your client and no link back to us anywhere on the page.

Will my client galleries show up in Google?

Gallery pages are set not to be indexed by search engines. That keeps client work out of search results, which matters for unreleased commercial shoots and private family work. It is not access control, so use the per-gallery password when the page itself needs to be gated.

What do I get on the same plan besides the branding?

Unlimited galleries under fair use, face search, the Lightroom Classic plugin, one level of sub-galleries and full-resolution ZIP handoff. The ceilings are 1,000 photos per gallery, 250 GB of proofs per paid account, and 100 GB of standing ZIPs, with 5 GB and one gallery on a free account.

Can I embed a gallery inside my existing website?

No. Galleries are standalone pages on your subdomain. A studio that needs galleries inside its own site, under its own domain and navigation, needs a gallery platform sold with custom domain support or a website builder with a client area.

Does my client see a login or an account?

No. There is no client login and no client-facing portal, so nothing lists every gallery a client has ever received. The closest equivalent is a parent gallery with one section per shoot, published under your own subdomain.

Your client galleries, under your name

Unlimited galleries, your branding, one-click Pixieset import, and a Lightroom plugin, all on a flat 10 $/month with everything included. Your first gallery is free.
