clientgallery.io is a client-gallery and proofing service operated from Québec, Canada. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload and share them. We host and deliver them on your behalf and claim no license to them beyond what's needed to run the service.
clientgallery.io hosts JPEG photos only — no video, and we don't warehouse RAW files or masters. Galleries, photos and clients are unlimited under fair use, up to 1000 photos per gallery and a 250 GB per-account ceiling. Because photos are compressed in your browser to roughly 0.6 MB each, that ceiling is hundreds of thousands of images — far beyond any real client workload, so a working photographer never meets it. It exists only to stop the service being used as a bulk file dump. Storage is the one real cost we carry, and keeping it in check is what keeps clientgallery.io at 10 $/month for everyone.
Full-resolution handoffs are temporary by design: you may keep up to 100 GB of full-resolution ZIPs live at any time, and each one is removed automatically 3 days after upload. The gallery and its proofs are unaffected — they stay. That expiry is not a restriction we invented to upsell you; it is the reason the plan can stay at 10 $/month while including the feature at all.
The free tier includes one gallery. Paid plans (10 $/month or 100 $/year) are billed by Stripe, taxes handled at checkout. Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
No unlawful content, no uploading work you don't have the rights to, no using the galleries as general file storage or a backup drive. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the fair-use limits after reaching out.
The service is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months. Keep your own backups of your originals. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada.
