Answer

Is There an Unlimited Client Gallery for a Flat Price?

Yes, and the useful part of the answer is the definition, not the word. Here is exactly what unlimited buys at clientgallery.io, what it buys at the platforms that also sell it, and why the flat price holds.

Updated September 2026

Yes. clientgallery.io is one plan at 10 $/month or 100 $/year, with unlimited galleries, unlimited photos and unlimited clients under a fair-use ceiling. There are no storage tiers, no per-gallery fees and no commissions, and there is no platform branding on any client-facing page.

Now the definition, because a one-word answer is worth nothing in this category. Uploaded photos are browser-compressed proof JPEGs of about 0.6 MB each, hosted for as long as the account exists. The fair-use ceilings are 1,000 photos per gallery and 250 GB of proofs per paid account, which at that file size is hundreds of thousands of photos. A free account holds 5 GB and one gallery. Full-resolution delivery is a paid feature and works differently: you upload a full-resolution ZIP per gallery, it stays live for 3 days per handoff and can be re-uploaded any time, with 100 GB of standing ZIPs per account.

That is the whole product, stated before the sales pitch. If those numbers are smaller than your work, the honest thing is for you to know that on this page rather than three months in. The competitor figures below come from each platform's own pricing page, help center or terms, read on 4 September 2026, and every one of them is listed in the Sources section at the end.

What unlimited means here, in numbers

Every line of the ceiling, in one table. Nothing on this page is metered by tier, because there is only one tier.

WhatThe numberWhat it means in practice
Price10 $/month or 100 $/yearOne plan. No upgrade path, because there is nothing above it.
GalleriesNo capHosted galleries never expire and are not archived away from your clients.
ClientsNo capNo per-seat or per-client charge of any kind.
Photos per gallery1,000About 600 MB of proofs in a full gallery, at roughly 0.6 MB each. Past that you start a second gallery.
Proofs per paid account250 GBMore than 400,000 proof JPEGs at about 0.6 MB each. This is an abuse tripwire, not a plan size.
Free account5 GB, one galleryEnough to deliver a real shoot and see whether the workflow suits you.
Full-resolution deliveryOne ZIP per gallery, 3 days per handoffA paid feature. Re-upload the ZIP whenever a client needs it again. 100 GB of standing ZIPs per account.
Hosting lifeAs long as the account existsProofs are not moved to a static or archived state while you are a customer.

Two things that table deliberately does not say. It does not say full-resolution files stay online permanently, because they do not; the ZIP is a handoff with a 3-day window and a re-upload button. And it does not describe the proof pool as bottomless, because 250 GB is a real line, written down here, that a normal delivery business will not approach and an abnormal one will.

What unlimited means when other platforms say it

Three platforms in this category sell a plan called unlimited. All three are real products and none of the following is a gotcha. The point is narrower than that: almost every unlimited in this market has a boundary written down somewhere, and the question worth asking is not whether a boundary exists but whether it is published and where it sits.

Pixieset. The Ultimate tier is sold on the pricing page with the row "Photo storage: unlimited", at 40 $/month billed annually or 50 $/month billed monthly. RAW support on that same tier carries its own footnote: "Upload up to 1,000 GB of RAW photos". Separately, section 6 of the Terms, last updated 20 March 2026, reserves the right "to charge additional fees to users who go above the fair usage amount", defined there as more than 20 GB per collection and 100 GB of bandwidth per month. The same section adds that "Our client gallery plans are meant for individual photographer business use only" and points studios with more than one photographer at the Studio plans. So the account-level meter is removed on Ultimate while a per-collection figure and a monthly bandwidth figure remain, in the Terms rather than on the pricing page.

PASS. The Unlimited plan is 38 $/month billed annually, published as 456 $ for the year, or 44 $/month billed monthly. Its storage row reads Unlimited, and the entry tiers below it are the metered ones. PASS is unusually direct about what happens on those metered tiers: "When your account exceeds its storage limit, two things happen: All new uploads are blocked. After 30 days, galleries will be deleted (oldest first) until your account is within its storage limit." That is a boundary published in plain words, which is more than most of this category manages.

ShootProof. The Unlimited plan is 50 $/month billed annually, 600 $ for the year, or 60 $/month billed monthly, with unlimited photos and archiving included rather than charged. Below it, archiving is a separate line item: a minimum of 2.99 $ a month for up to 25 GB, then 0.05 $ per additional GB, billed for the previous month. Note the timing if you are shopping this month. ShootProof has published that its plans move from photo-count storage to GB-based storage on 23 September 2026, with prices unchanged. Unlimited becomes Premium at the same 60 $ or 600 $, with unlimited photo storage and 150 GB of video.

Read those three together and the pattern is clear. Unlimited is a marketing word everywhere in this category, including here. What differs is where the fine print lives and how hard it is to find. Ours is in the table above, in the same size type as the price.

The flat price against the unlimited plans

This is the comparison the question is really asking for: the cheapest plan at each platform that gives you unbranded client galleries with no photo or gallery cap on the meter. All figures are in US dollars, as each platform publishes them.

PlatformPlanPaid monthlyPaid annuallyWhat the meter holdsThe boundary, where it is published
clientgallery.ioThe one plan10 $100 $ a yearUnlimited galleries, photos and clients under fair use1,000 photos per gallery, 250 GB of proofs per account, 100 GB of standing full-resolution ZIPs
PASSUnlimited44 $38 $/month, 456 $ a yearStorage row reads Unlimited; custom branding and custom domainA 3% fee applies when PASS handles the payment on store sales
PixiesetUltimate50 $40 $/month, no yearly total published"Photo storage: unlimited", RAW capped at 1,000 GBTerms section 6: 20 GB per collection, 100 GB of bandwidth a month, individual photographer use only
ShootProofUnlimited60 $50 $/month, 600 $ a yearUnlimited photos, archiving includedBecomes Premium on 23 September 2026 at the same price, with 150 GB of video

One note on the annual column. Pixieset quotes annual billing as a monthly rate billed annually and publishes no yearly dollar total anywhere, so its cell shows the rate it publishes rather than a total we worked out. PASS and ShootProof both publish yearly totals, and those are the figures shown.

Branding is settled at these price points. ShootProof includes logo and branding on every tier including Free. Pixieset removes "Powered by Pixieset" on any paid Client Gallery plan. PASS grants custom branding from its second tier upward and takes it back if you downgrade. At clientgallery.io there is no platform branding on a client-facing page on any plan, including the free one, and the galleries sit on the studio's own subdomain. If you want the money question in more depth, the Pixieset cost breakdown prices a storage ladder over three years, and the cheapest alternative page lists every entry price in the category.

How 10 $ a month is sustainable, honestly

This is the question anyone sensible asks next, and the sceptical version of it is the right instinct. A price that is one fifth of the nearest unlimited plan is either a promotional loss, a plan that will be repriced, or a genuinely different cost base. Here is the cost base.

There are no investors to return money to, so there is no growth curve the price has to serve. There are no offices and no sales team. The operation is small on purpose, and the work of running it is mostly automated, which is the only reason one person can hold it. Storage costs a fraction of what it cost when this category set its pricing habits, and most of the pricing you see today is a ladder built when it did not.

The larger reason is what we store. We host proof JPEGs, around 0.6 MB each. We do not warehouse RAW files and we do not hold master video. A 1,000-photo gallery is roughly 600 MB of proofs, where the same shoot in RAW is tens of gigabytes and the same wedding in master video is more again. That single decision is most of the difference between 10 $ and 50 $, and the fair-use ceiling is what keeps the arithmetic true: 250 GB per account is generous for delivery and useless as a backup drive, which is exactly the shape we want it to have.

So be clear about the trade you are making. This is delivery, not archival. It is where your clients look at their photos, pick their favourites and download their files. It is not where your masters live. Your masters belong on your own drives and your own backups, the same as they would if you were paying 50 $ a month somewhere else. Any platform that encourages you to treat a delivery gallery as your only copy is doing you a disservice whatever it charges.

What you do not get for 10 $

A flat price is a set of decisions about what to leave out. These are ours, listed rather than buried.

No print store, and therefore no commissions and no per-gallery fees. There is nothing to take a percentage of, because there is nothing to sell through. If your revenue comes from prints, albums and wall art sold inside the gallery, a storefront is a feature you are buying and we do not have one. Pixieset and Pic-Time both do, properly, and a studio whose print sales cover the subscription several times over should stay where the storefront is.

No RAW warehousing. RAW files are not hosted here. Pixieset sells RAW upload on its Pro and Ultimate tiers, capped at 1,000 GB on Ultimate. If handing clients or second shooters RAW files through the gallery is part of your service, that is a reason to pay more elsewhere.

No master video storage. Video delivery is a different product with a different cost base. Several platforms in this category carry it, with their own limits, and the ones that do charge accordingly.

No CRM. No contracts, no invoicing, no questionnaires, no booking calendar. If your studio runs inside a management suite and you want the gallery to be one tab of it, buy the suite. That is a coherent way to work, and stitching it together out of a cheap gallery and four other tools is usually worse than paying for the suite.

We would rather say all of that here than take a subscription from someone who needed a storefront or a CRM. What is left is narrow and complete: unlimited galleries under a published ceiling, your own subdomain, no platform branding, Face Search, sub-galleries inside a gallery, a two-way Lightroom Classic plugin, one-click whole-gallery downloads for clients, and a whole-account import from Pixieset that reads your collections, sets, titles, descriptions, event dates, passwords and photo order and rebuilds them under your brand. If that is the job, 10 $ does it. The per-gallery versus subscription comparison covers the same arithmetic from the other direction, and the alternatives index lists every platform we have priced.

Frequently asked

Is there an unlimited client gallery for a flat price?

Yes. clientgallery.io is one plan at 10 $/month or 100 $/year with unlimited galleries, photos and clients under fair use. Fair use means 1,000 photos per gallery and 250 GB of proof JPEGs per paid account, at about 0.6 MB per photo, which is hundreds of thousands of photos. There are no storage tiers to move up.

So it is not really unlimited?

There is a ceiling, and it is published rather than hidden: 1,000 photos per gallery, 250 GB of proofs per paid account, and 100 GB of standing full-resolution ZIPs. It exists to stop abuse, not to move you up a ladder, and a normal delivery business will not approach it. Almost every unlimited plan in this category has a comparable line written down somewhere.

What do the unlimited plans at other platforms cost?

PASS Unlimited is 38 $/month billed annually, 456 $ a year, or 44 $/month. Pixieset Ultimate is 40 $/month billed annually or 50 $/month, with no yearly total published. ShootProof Unlimited is 50 $/month billed annually, 600 $ a year, or 60 $/month, and becomes Premium at the same price on 23 September 2026. All figures in US dollars as published on 4 September 2026.

Does Pixieset's unlimited plan have limits?

The Ultimate tier is sold with the row 'Photo storage: unlimited' and its RAW support is footnoted 'Upload up to 1,000 GB of RAW photos'. Section 6 of the Terms separately reserves the right to charge additional fees above a fair usage amount defined as more than 20 GB per collection and 100 GB of bandwidth per month, and states that client gallery plans are for individual photographer business use only.

How can 10 $ a month be sustainable?

No investors, no offices, a small operation, and a storage bill that is a fraction of what it was when this category set its pricing habits. Most of it is what we host: proof JPEGs of about 0.6 MB each, not RAW files and not master video. A full 1,000-photo gallery is roughly 600 MB of proofs. The fair-use ceiling is what keeps that arithmetic true.

Can I store my full-resolution files there permanently?

No, and that is deliberate. Full-resolution delivery is a paid feature that works as a ZIP per gallery, live for 3 days per handoff and re-uploadable at any time, with 100 GB of standing ZIPs per account. This is delivery, not archival. Your masters belong on your own drives and backups.

When should I pay more elsewhere?

If your revenue runs through an in-gallery print store, if you need RAW files hosted for clients, if you deliver master video, or if you want the gallery to be one tab of a studio management suite. Those are real reasons to buy Pixieset, Pic-Time, ShootProof or a full suite instead, and we would rather say so than take the subscription.
